Job description

Carl Friedrik is a travel and leather goods brand challenging traditional luxury. We empower modern professionals in their day-to-day lives with our unique blend of timeless design, understated confidence and pursuit of quality.

We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to support the wholesale and partnerships function at Carl Friedrik.

About the role

The function will cover a wide range of responsibilities, from processing wholesale and corporate orders to managing partner data, supporting deliveries, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.

We are looking for a bright, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to the smooth running of a growing function.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the full wholesale order cycle, from PO to invoicing, delivery, and after-sales service.

  • Act as the first point of contact for wholesale and corporate partners with timely, accurate support.

  • Maintain accurate records across systems, including orders, pricing, inventory, and contacts.

  • Prepare sales materials such as lookbooks, line sheets, order forms, and reports.

  • Organise and present sales data, performance metrics, and account summaries.

  • Coordinate onboarding and account setup for new wholesale and corporate partners.

  • Collaborate with ops, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth partner experiences.

  • Assist with trade show prep, follow-ups, and general wholesale coordination.

  • Identify and support improvements in operational processes and documentation.

Ideal candidate

  • 1+ years experience in an account coordination, sales support, or wholesale operations role.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with a comfort working with numbers and sales data.

  • Familiarity with inventory systems, order management platforms, or CRM tools is a plus.

  • Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred but not essential.

  • A proactive, positive team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and excited to join a fast-growing function.

More about Carl Friedrik

We are challenging the outdated practices that characterise the luxury industry. By selling direct-to-consumer first, embracing sustainable materials and rejecting seasonal fashion, we are better positioned to serve our customer: the modern professional.

Intelligent design is a crucial part of our ethos. Everyday accessories should be functional and a joy to use — so form always follows function in our creative process.

Accessories must also meet the demands of modern living. So we only collaborate with the finest materials and craftsmen. The result: products that last a lifetime.
