Your responsibilities
- Ensure every client receives a personalised and exceptional shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Assist in maintaining the store’s visual presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, ensuring products and materials are well-stocked and organised.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and booking confirmations.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve collective goals.

Requirements
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
