We are looking for a talented Store Associate to play a key role in our central London store. Your responsibilities

  • Ensure every client receives a personalised and exceptional shopping experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Assist in maintaining the store’s visual presentation and cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring products and materials are well-stocked and organised.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling payments and booking confirmations.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve collective goals.

Job requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
