Carl Friedrik is a product design company challenging traditional luxury. We design and sell premium accessories and travel goods.

About the role
We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as Operations and Executive assistant. Someone who is passionate about operations of an e-commerce business and driving improvements is a must. This will be a fast-paced and intensive role as you will work closely with the Head of Operations as well as our co-founders and the wider team to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the broader team solving logistical and operational problems.
- Manage inventory and product shipments. Optimise cost, lead time and ensure timely delivery.
- Website product merchandising.
- Assisting senior management in their day-to-day, such as scheduling, travel planning and providing administrative support.
- Office and vendor support.

Experience
- Experience in a similar role or company.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish.
