Carl Friedrik is a product design company challenging traditional luxury. We design and sell premium accessories and travel goods.
We're looking for an ambitious marketer to assist with and manage digital marketing channels, as well as explore new growth areas.

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to drive growth at Carl Friedrik by evaluating, executing and scaling new initiatives. This will primarily relate to performance marketing channels.

The successful candidate will be encouraged to develop our performance marketing strategy, ensuring that we maximise ROI and stay on track to meet goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, test and scale growth initiatives.

  • Be responsible for a few key performance channels (Paid Social, Search, Display).

  • Learn how to analyse performance across the business, from email marketing performance to NPS surveys.

  • Manage campaigns, analyse and optimise performance.

  • Build performance and business intelligence reports for management.

  • Work directly with the founders, playing a key role in shaping Carl Friedrik's growth strategy.

Job requirements

Ideal candidate

We move in a fast-paced and rewarding environment and are looking for a highly-motivated individual that will thrive in our small, high-powered team.

An analytical mindset is crucial to succeeding in this role. You should enjoy working with data to find patterns and opportunities. You should be knowledgeable in Excel and ideally have experience with analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau etc).

Experience

  • You have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field from a top university.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in marketing, eCommerce or other high-performance areas such as consulting or finance.
