About the role

The Growth Marketing Lead will be tasked with driving growth at Carl Friedrik by evaluating, executing and scaling new initiatives. This involves performance marketing channels, but certainly doesn’t end there. We embrace a wide scope of projects.

The successful candidate will develop and execute our performance marketing strategy from the ground up, maximising ROI and ensuring we’re on track to meet our goals. 


Your responsibilities

  • Identify, test and scale growth initiatives.
  • Manage existing performance channels (Paid Social, Search, Display and others).
  • Analyse performance across the business, from email marketing performance to NPS surveys.
  • Execute campaigns, analyse and optimise performance.
  • Build performance and business intelligence reports for management.
  • Work directly with the founders, playing a key role in shaping Carl Friedrik's growth strategy.

Ideal candidate

An analytical mindset is crucial to succeeding in this role. You should enjoy working with data to find patterns and opportunities. You should be knowledgeable in Excel and ideally have experience with analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau etc).

Experience

  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or other high-performance areas such as consulting or finance.
  • A demonstrable track record of achievement.
  • You have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field from a top university.
